(Our) nature is amazing. The more I learn about it, the more it astonishes me: pieces woven perfectly, over time that's changing- (our) nature finds a way to keep life going. With every glimpse behind-the-scenes of what keeps this world spinning, a wonder brings me to my knees, sends breathless tears running, filling me with fits of giggles and flooding me with awe of everything that’s ever been, and all that we are. Here, in this amazement, my heart comes alive with overflowing gratitude for all of this life. But it can be a fleeting feeling when I’m tired or scared, when I’m hurt and confused, when I’m lost and impaired: The miracle of life can be hard to find when I’m trapped in challenges, trying to survive. And yet, it is amazement -this wonder of life- that keeps me fueled in trying times. When meaning is missing and aim is off, inherent worth remains with all this awe. Which is why, in This Wonderful World, the focus is clear: to cultivate conditions that keep wonder near- With adventure, friendship, and creativity, This Wonderful World keeps us discovering the presents that come in every moment- the miracle of life through all the seasons.
